I am responsible for ensuring that gpi is informed of my current presence on their premises and that my presence is documented.

As a service provider/executing personnel, I have taken note of the safety rules applicable to gpi and understand their content. I comply with them and implement them without exception. Furthermore, I declare that I am sufficiently qualified for my task/activities at gpi.

As a service provider/executing personnel, I ensure that only equipment that meets the legal requirements and is approved for the intended use is used for my tasks.

As a service provider/executing personnel, I confirm that I carry out my activities in compliance with the applicable legal regulations in general and the rules applicable to gpi in particular.

I will follow the instructions of gpi personnel regarding the implementation of regulations and rules.
